At your visit, it is my intention is to support your body’s innate ability to heal with natural medicine and craniosacral therapy.

What to Expect at Your Visit:

~ At your first visit we will do an intake and address your symptoms and any heath concerns you have. After the intake we will do a brief physical exam as well as a Craniosacral Therapy assessment and treatment. A personalized healing plan will be made for you.

~ At your return visit we can make any adjustment to your treatment plan as needed. These appointments are about 45 minutes and include craniosacral therapy and/or naturopathic care.

~ Craniosacral Therapy treatment uses gentle manipulation of the head, neck, and spine to support the body in releasing tension and relaxing the nervous system. It addresses pain, neurological symptoms, anxiety and depression, PTSD, autism spectrum disorders, migraines/headaches, TMJ, restless leg syndrome, torticollis, and much more.

~ Naturopathic Care specializing in Healing Foods/Nutrition support, as well as lifestyle counseling, herbal medicine and homeopathy.

~ Lab reviews. You may bring lab work from other providers you have seen and we can go over this together.

~ A receipt or superbill provided at your request to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

I do not offer general physicals and pelvic exams, hormone prescribing, and in-office lab testing. For those services that you need that I do not offer, I will refer you to other practitioners. I do not bill insurance directly but can give you a receipt to submit to your insurance company.
